You can control whether the course is available to students and guests:

1. From the Control Panel, click on "Course Settings" under the Course Option.
2. Now click on "Course Availability".
3. Click either "Yes" or "No" to make the course available to users (students and guests) or unavailable.
4. Click "Submit" and then "OK" to complete the process.
5. Once you have made the course available, you can go to guest access to permit or block guests from viewing the site.

You can decide which areas of your Blackboard course to make available to users:

1. From your Control Panel, click on "Course Settings" in the Course Options area.
2. Click on "Area Availability".
3. For each area, click on either "Enable" to allow students and guests (if you have guest access), or "Disable" to block all access. For the first option, you can also choose to check "Secure" to allow students, but not guests, access.
4. Click "Submit" and then "OK" to complete the process.
